At LOCOFIT, we want to show that you can still have a fantastic workout without beating up your body! We focus on low-impact training that delivers high results. We ride to the beat of the music as a team, we let go of all expectations, have fun and let go! It's like a party on the bike! Add in some party lights, loud music and then let the music take us away. We mix in upper body choreography throughout class, so it’s so much more than just riding a bike. Add in some yoga and strength, and you will leave feeling fantastic.
We welcome all no matter where you are starting from. Whether you are an inspiring athlete, trained cyclists, conditioned yogi or brand new to exercise, all are welcome. We want to bring joy in people’s lives one workout at a time. Where it’s more than a gym or studio but a second home.
